I was responsible for the legal and regulatory aspects (both in the design and launch stages) of two cryptocurrency crowdfunding platforms mosaico.ai (business tokenization) and sapiency.io (personal brand tokenization)

I provided support in all legal aspects of the Company, especially in legal and regulatory compliance in crypto assets, and crowdfunding using crypto asset industry cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology

I drafted 100+ legal letters, contracts, bylaws, and corporate documents and provided legal advice for small entrepreneurs in areas of contract law, corporate law and tax law

I established on behalf of clients (mainly Ukrainian entrepreneurs) 20+ new limited liability companies in Poland

I represented clients in administrative and tax proceedings

In cooperation with several non-profit organizations, I provided 150+ hours of lectures and training on the legalaspects of doing business in Poland and the EU for 700+ participants (mostly small entrepreneurs from Polandand Ukraine)

Conducting lectures and training sessions for small and medium entrepreneurs from Poland and Ukraine on legal aspects of conducting business in Poland and the EU.
